Outside Sales Professional
Digital Imaging Resources is seeking motivated, energetic outside sales professionals to sell all types of printed color graphics into an established vertical market prospect base. The ideal candidate for this position must possess:

• A minimum of 3 years outside sales experience.
• Good communication and verbal skills
• Good organizational skills.
• An attention to detail.
• A minimum of one year of selling or marketing industry experience in print media.

Color Department Production Manager

• Responsible for day-to-day production within the print shop while maintaining profitability through efficiencies in labor and materials use
• Perform essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service, and establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and clients
• Responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems
• Communicate with Sales staff and owners regarding status of jobs and assist with questions regarding job options, scheduling concerns, etc.
• Schedule job production and handle conflicts as they arise, prioritize jobs and ensure clients are called by CSR or Sales in case of deadlines at risk. Notify Sales of any client problems resulting from deadline issues. Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs. Ensure that job deadlines are met
• Ensure the quality standards of work are met by staff on customer orders
• Supervise production staff throughout the day, inspecting their work in progress as well as when completed
• Schedule staff hours, time off requests (vacations) and overtime
• Requisition materials and supplies from DIR Color purchasing agent
• Train and cross-train staff on various equipment and procedures
• Ensure maintenance on all equipment
• Work with Sales Engineer to implement production procedures as new products/technologies are developed, (i.e., ADA signage, three-dimensional signage, etc…. the “next new thing”…)
• Motivate staff to elicit their best efforts and attitude
• Maintain quality control measures, with inspection of every job before delivery. Delegate as needed to responsible staff
• Conduct formal performance reviews per company policy
• Schedule, delegate, and ensure performance of all equipment maintenance following maintenance procedures. Maintain maintenance logs.
