Batavia Public Library had a problem. A few years ago they had one of their favorite paintings printed on vinyl, mounted to a board and framed. The 80” x 67” soon developed problems with large bubbles forming under the print. It looked awful. Printmakers Chicago, the fine art and décor division of Digital Imaging Resources, suggested printing on artist canvas, stretching it onto a stretcher bars and using the existing frame. The results were stunning. The piece now looks like art, not a vinyl copy.
